Your order didn't fit or wasn't quite right? No problem!

You're welcome to return the goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Here's how it works via our Returns Portal:

1. For the items you'd like to return, please provide a reason and choose whether you'd like to request a return & refund or an exchange. Don't worry – the reason you provide has no effect on your return process, but it helps us improve our products for you.
2. Decide whether you'd like to arrange the return shipping yourself or purchase a return label directly from us.
3. The portal will provide your return slip for download, along with the DHL shipping information including the label (if you didn't choose to arrange shipping yourself).
4. Be sure to include the return slip with your shipment – without it, we won't be able to match your return to your order.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer – either through your own shipping arrangement or through the purchase of a return label via the portal (this will be deducted as part of your refund).
