1. Position the tape measure:
   • Place the tape measure about 1-2 cm above your eyebrows.
   • Make sure the tape measure goes over your ears and around most of the back of your head.
2. Stretch the tape measure:
   • Pull the tape measure firmly, but not too tightly, so that it fits comfortably.
   • To ensure an accurate measurement, avoid pulling the tape measure too loosely or too tightly.
3. Measure the circumference:
   • Read the circumference while holding the tape measure to your head.
